WATCH

3 minutes. The story behind Pro Position Lab.

THE GAP

Team practice builds team rhythm. Position-specific skill needs its own time.

Three nights a week. Drills made for the team. Reps shared with twelve other players. Feedback designed to be broad enough to help everyone.
PPL is the practice for the position.
HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. One coach. Real progress.

1. Claim Your Seat

Pick your position and your weekly time. Six seats per lab. Members keep the same seat, same coach, all season.

2. Train Every Week

60 focused minutes on the skills your position demands, every Friday night or Saturday, Aug 7 – Dec 12.

3. Get Measured, Get Seen

A written progress report every month. Specific, honest, and measurable.

BY THE NUMBERS

PPL is built on the math.

Every choice — group size, session length, the coach — is dialed to give serious players the maximum return on 60 minutes.

6

Players Per Session

Small enough that every player gets coached. Big enough to scrimmage and pressure-test the rep.

1

Olympian Coach

Position-specific instruction from someone who has played at the highest level. Every rep gets the same eye.

60

Focused Minutes

Designed for density — no standing in line, no shared-with-twelve drills. Every minute is yours.
MEET YOUR COACH

Olympian. Coach. Father.

Carlos Luna competed for the national team. He has spent the last 15+ years coaching club volleyball at every level — from beginner to college-bound. Pro Position Lab is where he hands the same eye that built international careers to the next generation of serious club players.
Olympic-level eye

Reads movement, timing, and contact in real time. The same diagnostic system used at the highest levels of volleyball — applied to your player.

15+ years coaching

Built and coached competitive club teams. Watched hundreds of athletes get recruited. Knows what college coaches actually look for.

Position-specific

Each lab is built around a single position. No generic drills. Every minute is dialed to the specific skills your player needs to start.

YOUR DAUGHTER'S NEXT BREAKTHROUGH

Stop hoping team practice fixes what only position-specific training can.

Claim her seat for the fall season. Same lab, same hour, every week — the kind of repetition that changes a player. Walk into December a different athlete than she was in August.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Every player leaves with three things.

Pro Position Lab isn't a one-time clinic. It's designed so every player walks out of a 60-minute session with concrete material to bring back to their team.

Position-specific reps

The exact movements your position demands — passing platforms, blocking footwork, setting angles, hitter approaches — coached to your body.

A diagnostic from an Olympian

Carlos watches every rep. You leave knowing exactly what to work on between now and your next practice.

Game-like reps for your position

Every drill maps to the situations your position actually sees in matches. Not generic — game-speed pressure tied to the exact role you play.

WHAT FAMILIES SAY

Reviews from Coach Carlos's families.

These quotes are from Luna Volleyball Academy, where Carlos has been coaching club players position-by-position for years. PPL is the lab format of that same coaching.
CLAIM YOUR SEAT

FAQ

Questions parents ask most.

Advanced and elite-aspirant club players, age 14 through college. If your player is committed to volleyball and wants position-specific development beyond what team practice can give her, she’s a fit.

60 focused minutes. Sessions are capped at 6 players so every athlete gets real coached reps — not 15 minutes of standing in line.

Every Friday evening (5–9 PM) and Saturday (10 AM–4 PM), August 7 through December 12. Each position has a set weekly time — members keep the same seat all season. Thanksgiving weekend off.

Yes. Many players cross-train — a setter doing a Defense lab to sharpen reading, or a hitter doing a Passing lab to fix platform habits. The Two-Way Player membership reserves two seats a week and adds quarterly video analysis plus a quarterly 1-on-1 mentorship call with Coach Carlos.

Athletic clothes, court shoes, knee pads, water bottle. We provide volleyballs.

Sessions are non-refundable within 48 hours of start time. Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours receive a credit toward a future PPL session, valid for 6 months. No-shows forfeit the session.

Discounts are for programs with empty seats — every PPL lab caps at 6, and most sold out over the summer. Membership pays exactly $85 per session. What it buys is the seat itself, plus bonuses drop-ins never get: monthly progress reports, video analysis, and 1-on-1 mentorship at the higher tiers.

Yes — if a seat is open after members. Passing and Defense sold out most weeks this summer, so a reserved seat is the only way to guarantee your player trains every week.

No. Membership bills $85 × the training weekends in that month — Thanksgiving week is off and December is a half month, so you’re never charged for a week we don’t train.
